You will get a free knick knack with every order but its a surprise, our gift to you for being one of our valued customers.
Can I cancel or change an order once it has been placed?
If you contact us before we have received and processes your order then you can cancel or change it, otherwise we will gladly return or exchange it for you.
Do I need an account in order to purchase?
No, you do not need an account in order to make a purchase, you can check out as a guest.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged as soon as you place your order.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused item that is in the original undamaged packaging. Please contact us and will will give you a return authorization. If your product was defective or damaged then we will pay for the return shipping costs.
When will I get my refund?
Once your item is received we will look it over and refund your money to the original payment method.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders will arrive within 7-10 days. Some orders may take up to 21 days.
